Jen

Deputy Manager and Forest School Leader

Jen is our Deputy Manager and Forest School Lead, working across all rooms within the nursery to support both children and staff. With over 25 years of experience in Early Years education, including more than five years within EY, Jen brings a huge amount of knowledge, care and enthusiasm to her role.

Throughout her career, Jen has specialised in SEN support and Forest School leadership, holding qualifications in SEND, SENCO and specialist teaching and learning. She is passionate about helping every child thrive and loves creating nurturing, magical experiences that spark curiosity and learning.

Jen chose to work in Early Years because she has always loved supporting children and seeing the joy and excitement they bring to each day. She particularly enjoys helping children learn through play, nature and hands-on experiences.

Jen speaks English, as well as a little French and Greek. Outside of work, she loves fairies, enjoys rugby and spending time in Finland, and says there is nothing better than watching a beautiful beach sunrise.

Jen loves being part of Monkey Puzzle Tatsfield because it feels like a close-knit community where everyone can grow together.
