FOREST SCHOOL - creating fairy clothes and houses, painting, investigation station, sculpture making and lots more!
The children listened extremley well, and made lots of creations using natural objects or recycled material with a little sprinkling of 'fairy magic' - today really focused on their sharing skills, imagination and hand eye coordination! Well done to all of our Forest Schoolers!

It's the start of our new spring / summer menus and what better way to see how much the children enjoy them, than by preschool giving the dish a star rating of 1-5 and feeding this back to chef Bryan. This allows the children to have a voice and say what they enjoy and don't enjoy about each new dish; incorporating the British Values into their learning.
It's safe to say, they are enjoying them so far!! 🫕😋🥘

MiniVlog - releasing our tadpoles.
In honor of David Attenborough, we went on a little trip to our local park - looking for animals along the way!
We took our tadpoles that the children have been looking after and released them into Tatsfield Pond!
The learning opportunities this trip provided was never ending, from road safety, social skills to life cycles!

'Painting doesn't always have to be with a paintbrush!'
The whole nursery absolutely loved getting involved in a group painting session, which started off with using stamps to create marks to then the children having their own idea of using their hands and feet! Together they made the most amazing masterpiece!
