Becky

Nursery Manager

Becky is our Nursery Manager and supports all rooms across the nursery, ensuring every child, family and team member feels valued and supported. With 24 years of experience in Early Years, Becky began her career as a practitioner and, through hard work and dedication, progressed all the way to Nursery Manager.

Becky is passionate about being part of each child’s learning journey and loves watching them grow, develop and gain confidence. She chose a career in Early Years because she has always wanted to make a positive difference in children’s lives and help give them the very best start.

Becky holds a Level 3 qualification, as well as SENCO, Paediatric First Aid and DSL qualifications, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the nursery. She speaks English and is always on hand to support children and families.

Outside of work, Becky is a proud mum to three children of her own. Her favourite colour is green and she has a soft spot for Haribo sweets!

Becky loves working at Tatsfield because the nursery feels like a second family, where everyone supports one another and works together to create a happy, nurturing environment for every child.
